2. Design Engineering Appropriate British and European Standards are continuously updated and all Engineering Staff made familiar with amendments.
3. Company Approvals Fabcraft operate an integrated Quality Management system with Quality Assurance and Quality Control Procedures that control; the manufacturing process.
BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Fabcraft are an approved UKAS company (achieved 1991)

BS EN 287 all welders to this standard, fabricators to C&G and higher.
The Quality procedures are supplemented by contract specific Quality Instructions Documents which relate contract specific Quality Plans reflecting our client's individual requirements. A copy of our Quality Assurance Manual and our quality Procedures are available on request.
All site employees hold both CSCS Certificates and Contractor National Safety Group Safety Passports, together with Ipaf, RTITB qualifications in the appropriate disciplines.
4. Manufacturing Standards All the above work being backed up, by our in house, CSWIP inspection service.
5. Manufacturing Records Quality Verification Quality sheets are issued with each individual contract and will contain 'Hold Points' nominated by Clients, Third Party Insurance or ourselves beyond which departments must not proceed until 'Hold Points' have been released by signature. These QVR Record Sheets are returned to our Technical Engineering Department on completion of manufacture and will form part of the Contract Dossier for furnishing to our Clients.
The Contract Dossier will also contain the Quality Plan, Quality Instruction, Welders and Weld Procedure Qualifications, Materials and Weld Consumable Certificates, Inspection and Non Destructive Test Records and Release for Despatch Notes.

8. General Information The company employs 20 personnel of complementary skills, including fully coded welding personnel, covering a wide range of welding disciplines.
Welding Procedure Qualifications are strictly in accordance with EN 288-3 and ASME IX.
All welder approvals are undertaken in accordance with EN 287 and ASME IX.
We also employ Skilled Fitters, Turners, Machinists, Pipe Benders and Technicians with other Support Personnel.
Fabcraft Ltd's manufacturing capacity per calendar year is approximately 50,000 productive man hours.
Good facilities exist for dispatch of our finished and part finished products by standard articulated and low loader vehicles.
